Using a variety of human performance technology and assessment methods, Sensa measures the results and impact of our interventions on five levels, ranging from satisfaction with our programmes to the ROI of your learning and development investment.

At what level we measure the impact of our interventions depends on the depth of partnership we have with our clients and the degree of change our clients are seeking within their organisation. Are you the client searching for involved, satisfied participants? Or knowledge and skills development? Or concrete business results? These are the issues we work through with our client at the very beginning of our interventions, and we measure accordingly.
