Performance is a step beyond practice. Practice is where skills are mastered; performance is where those mastered skills are used in the real work environment, bringing the business results our clients demand.
During our trainings we work with both participants and leaders to identify barriers to their performance on the job, and craft strategies for overcoming those barriers.
We work together to develop action plans and individual goal plans to ensure application on the job, and we follow-up on those plans.
We work together to develop "best practice" guidelines, incorporating our participants' input to ensure buy-in and use.
We work with participants and the client to develop performance tools, to aid application on the job.
We work with leaders to develop their ability to give the developmental feedback critical to proper application on the job.
We coach as necessary to give the highest level of developmental feedback and to help participants overcome barriers to skills and knowledge application.
We consult with clients to create an authentic high-performance environment, where application and business results are realised and rewarded.
