At Sensa, our goal is always to achieve to the greatest degree possible the application of skills and knowledge presented during our trainings. Therefore, practice, practice and more practice is key to our training programmes.
All of our training interventions are designed to give the greatest amount of hands-on learning, using simulations, role-play and action-focused activities to increase the impact of the participants' learning.
And we have the right atmosphere in which participants can try-out new skills and knowledge, where they are free to make mistakes, get feedback, and try again. We understand that it is this process that real learning takes place.
And we understand that it is this process that is most likely to ensure application on the job, where business results are realised.
